I went to Mr. Eye on South Willow St to get contacts for the first time, and I'm really glad I did. The staff there is honestly so friendly and helpful. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable. I was a little nervous about getting contacts for the first time, but they were super patient with me and didn't rush me at all. They walked me through everything step by step and made sure I felt confident before I left. Everyone was professional but also very kind and understanding. It made the whole experience a lot easier than I expected.

I have been going to MyeEyeDr For years. I have had multiple eye emergencies and they were able to make accommodations to see me right away. The Doctor and staff are highly experienced and knowledgeable. Making appointments is easy, they are pre emptive with scheduling and send you reminders the day before. For my first time needing a pair of glasses, I was given a consultant to help me through every step. She was extremely knowledgeable about the pros and cons in regards to what kind of glasses you need. Wether they are for driving, everyday use or if you need a more budget friendly option. She was able to explain everything in a helpful way which made my desicion making process easy and stress free. The consultant took the time to measure my eye spacing to ensure a comfortable fit. I wouldn't go to any other office but this one. They are the best!

Every time I come here I have the most pleasant experience. All members of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They even go out of their way to ensure I get the best possible price on whatever I am paying for/purchasing. Jessica was especially helpful when I came in asking for new lenses to be put into 15-20 year old frames - and was more than happy to help me with anything I needed. I can't recommend this place enough

I love the people and drs at this office! Dr Blair is thorough and makes you feel at ease.(he's also kinda funny. Maddy did most of the testing on me, she is very good and friendly. Katie the front desk and I am sure many other jobs in the office is sweet and friendly. And finally Jessica the wonderful lady who took much time out of her day to get me everything I needed without making me go broke and my hubby kick my bootie. I recommend this eye drs office. Ps super cute frames!

First timer at myEyedoc! From the person who checked me in, the one to do my intake & pictures, the doctor (he was great) & the one who helped to order my glasses, i had a really good Experience! Jessica helped me check out, go over pricing, options, fit, style & what works best specifically for ME! She was not only friendly but knowledgeable & genuinely enjoyed her job. Nice to see that these days! The only thing about the location is i couldnt find the front door (probably my own fault lol) would highly recommend for your next exam/order contacts or glasses

Such amazing customer service from start to finish! Front welcoming me at the front desk (I believe her name was Katie) to Maddy being the tech that ran the tests , to Dr Blair himself all the way to the nitty gritty of helping me pick out frames, explaining all the lenses, protection , etc! That's where Jessica and Brian came in! Jessica KNEW right off the bat which shapes wouldn't my face better and she was right. It can be a bit overwhelming trying to figure it out yourself, thankfully I didn't have to. With Brian up here shadowing Jessica for his own store, he's learning from the best! Everyone was so kind and made me comfortable and feel welcome!

Dr Blair and Maddy were awesome very friendly and easy to talk to and very helpful with understanding what's happening with my eyes. And Jessica was very friendly and helpful with picking my glasses and helping me get the best for my money .. Will definitely being going back for my eye care. Thank you everyone at south willow my eye care for a very good experience.

Everyone in the office has always been so helpful, friendly, informative and go above and beyond. Andrea was amazing in taking the time to fix my glasses and made sure they fit properly. I highly recommended
