From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and treated with such kindness and professionalism. Danielle took exceptional care of me and made my entire visit a wonderful experience. She was patient, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. Danielle also took the time to take care of my old glasses and even glued them for me, which I deeply appreciated. Her generosity, attention to detail, and genuine care made such a difference. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was welcoming and positive. Unresponsive and have no idea what theyre doing, extremely disappointed. I moved from SC and brought my prescription in to have some contacts ordered. They won't order them because the prescription has a brand name on them?! Ive never heard of that, but ok. So I had my eye doctor in SC fax them a new RX. Ive followed up via email (i have little time while at work to sit on hold or to have discussions at length), and ive recieved absolutely zero response. My initial contact with them was as a walk in, I had brought my prescription in to ask if I could have contacts ordered or they could provide guidance on some that I was looking at online. They told me to email the link and they'd get back to me. I had to call back (apparently they forgot about me) and she just says order them from the website (these were specialized contacts from sweden). She is about to hang up and I remind her that I wanted them to order me some regular contacts and thats when she tells me she can't order them for me. Haven't heard from anyone since. I guess I'm going somewhere else, cuz its been weeks.

People are really nice but had nothing but issues the last visit. It's been months and still don't have the right glasses yet. Wearing the wrong order till my second replacements come. All my other visits here were fine.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I've had nothing but great experiences here. Easy peasy. Make an appointment on line (they usually have plenty of times available, unlike my old doctor who might take 6 months or more to see me). Usually in and out in 35-40 minutes (also unlike my old doctor which would take hours sometimes!). Nice folks too.

For many exams I had been unable to get just the right vision in the lenses. Seeing clearly had become so frustrating as a person with Alzheimer's; this was extremely anxiety producing! Finally, I found just the right place and people.! Great care and respect was heaven. I am delighted to be able to see just right in all areas of my progressives! I've been to a number of eye doctors over the years. This place is by far the best. Front office staff were super fun and pleasant. The doctor took a lot of time with me and educated me a number of different options for contacts/solutions (something previous doctors never did). They also appear to have the latest technologies (such as the retinal camera,- again something my other docs never offered). Highly recommend.

Its a great place to go to the doctor is amazing , the staff there are all so sweet . Made my son's experience so amazing after a rough experience with his previous location ! Thank you for such great service will continue to be a patient here !!

This location is so nice and the staff is super friendly! They got me in right away and took great care of me! Miya helped me pick out a super cute pair of glasses and made the whole experience incredibly easy and stress free ! 10/10 would recommend!
