I've been going to this office for about 6 years or so and even when I moved a few years ago to a different town with an office that was closer than this one, I have still insisted on continuing to see Dr Remillard and his staff here. I love when we go over images of my scans, how the Dr will explain to me exactly what we're seeing and always keeps me informed. I feel like my health and treatment is a team effort. This was my first time however meeting Amanda and she was a delight. Really glad to have met her. She has a warm welcoming energy, one that I will be glad to be around again when I go back to pick up my glasses she helped me choose. 10/10 definitely recommend them.

The receptionists made sure my wait was kept to a minimum. The optometrist (Amanda) had me set up with new glasses and was very pleasant to work with. The selection of frames and options for lenses is very impressive. The cost for it all was very competitive. I highly recommend MyEyeDr.

This was genuinely the worst eye doctor visit I have ever had in my whole life. Well I can't even say doctor visit considering there wasn't a doctor there! I feel as if I've been jipped. I took the time out of my day to actually get out of my house to go to a place where I was told I'd be seeing a doctor you know in real life that did not happen at all. I feel as if the quality of care I was given was below anything I've ever gotten and the only way to fix that is to have your medical professionals actually working in the building. I will never be coming back to any MyEyeDr locations after this visit. When I receive and pay for medical care I'd like my doctor to actually show up in the person I think the eye doctor don't maybe 5 whole seconds with me today explaining what the dot on my eye picture was the optic nerve. Never felt more like I was taking up someone's time so much until today! Horrible care and so disappointing as I use to think the quality of care here wasn't bad. If they're going to cheap out and not have doctors in person they should at least let the patients know prior to coming in so we have the chance to schedule elsewhere if we'd like.

The eye exam area is filthy. The experience I had with two optometrists at this company was poor. The first experience I had was with an optometrist who's behavior became escalated, because she couldn't get my prescription correct. I discontinued the appointment because of how aggressive she was. I decided to go to a different location. Even though the optometrists had a difficult time getting my prescription, he assured me that my eyes would adjust to the prescription that he wrote for me. He mentioned that it took time. I trusted that. I bought glasses that I now cannot wear. I called the company to see what can be done, they told me a GM would call me. That never happened. I travel for work so i'm not in the area often. I called them again today to see if we could just exchange contact lenses to a correct prescription. They refuse to do it saying that I need an appointment. I explained to them for the third time that I am a traveler. I'm not in the area often. I just like my correct prescription for my contact lenses. The customer service representative went on to say that she had to jump through all of these hoops to get a GM to call. Long story short, this place is filthy and unprofessional. Go anywhere else.

The first few times I brought my kids here, I would've given 5 stars. Unfortunately, the quality of service has really gone downhill as of late. I originally chose this clinic because one of my children has a disability that's listed on their website as a provider specialty. However, when we saw the provider this year (after several years of being patients), he acted unsure how to handle a vision test involving that disability -- which was disappointing and concerning. Each time one of my kids has needed glasses, the turnaround time has been 2-4 weeks, and I was never once notified when the orders arrived. I always had to call myself and sit through the long automated system just to reach someone. Every call felt like starting from scratch -- staff didn't seem to know who we were or what I was referring to, even though we've been regular patients for several years. Most recently, when I went to pick up a pair of glasses, only one lens had arrived. That was nearly two weeks after delivery -- again with no notification -- and it was clear no one had checked the order before contacting me. I was told they'd follow up, but after two days with no update, I called back and learned they had contacted my child's dad's girlfriend instead of me -- even though I made and attended the appointment and paid for the glasses. Overall, the experience has become unprofessional and frustrating. I truly hope they address these issues, because this used to be a great office.

My whole family comes here and we always have a great experience! All of the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Today my 7 year old needed to pick out new glasses and he was anxious about it, but Amanda made sure to comfort him and helped us quickly get the glasses he loved! I highly recommend coming here!

Fantastic service! Everyone was very patient and knowledgeable on their products and service. Shout out to Ashaia, and Sahar. I was even impressed with the remote part of the exam. Fantastic doctor.

Canceled my first appointment because the Dr called out. Next appointment I show up and they want to charge me extra for digital imaging or dilate my eyes. I have never had to pay extra for digital imaging at any eye doctor ever. Very pushy and just want your $$$, don't care about you. Was also very dirty/dingy. Broken door. Wasn't sure they were open at first bc their lights were so poor.
