Great eye-care and personalized service. The optometrist (Wendy) is amazing. She is very nice and friendly, and always has great positive energy. She is very thorough and extremely attentive to your eye health- and she explains everything in terms that you can understand. Her prescriptions are always spot-on - no re-do's or tweaks are ever needed. The owner Sally is very customer-focused and gives you very attentive and personalized service. She will recommend a pair of frames that fit your face perfectly and look the best on you! Over the many years of getting my eye-glasses there (and my wife getting hers), I have learned to completely trust her expert opinion! I highly recommend Taylor & Murphy for all your eye care and eye wear needs!

Taylor and Murphy was a lifesaver for me. My glasses got smashed and very contorted. I am not a patient there, but they were willing to help me. They bent my frames back into place better than they were before. I went to them because my mother-in-law is a patient there and she is very pleased with them. I really appreciate their help. I would not have been able to see/conduct my life without this service.

Love these guys. I bought glasses from them 4 years ago, which I really liked. I broke one of the nose pads off by accident one day, stopped in and they fixed it in about 5 minutes. A few more years go by and I was overdue for new lenses based on Rx changes over the years, when I bent one of the arms. So I went in to get new frames and lenses. They fixed the old pair, again in about 5 minutes. And fitted me for a new pair. I picked up the new glasses a week ago, and these are the best pair of glasses i have ever had. They really take the time to make sure everything is right. Considering I have to wear my glasses all day everyday, that really goes a long way. Thank you!

I am not a patient at this store but live close by. I stepped on my glasses and popped in to see if they could help fix the bent frame. They very kindly did so and didn't even charge me even though I wanted to pay. Very happy and definitely thinking of moving to them as a patient!

After looking at glasses at two other locations, Shawn narrowed down the options that would work for my smaller face and was very flexible as he worked with me to find frames that I like in the color I like. I will definitely go back in the future.

These folks were lifesavers, as I'd forgotten my contacts while on vacation. I tried three other places before Taylor & Murphy and no other place was helpful. T & M were happy to help and everyone was so nice. If I lived in this area, I'd choose them as my provider!
