The Medical Eye Center - Manchester Office

I was originally referred to this practice (three years ago) when I had a retinal tear. Dr. Fazelat was wonderful! He took the time to explain everything clearly and walked me through the laser surgery process to calm my nerves. I have seen him multiple times since and he's been great! Over Thanksgiving, I had another medical issue when I was out of town, but I needed to be seen rather quickly. Dr. Xu was on call, got back to me right away, explained all of my options, and was able to see me later that afternoon upon my return to New Hampshire. She was really thorough and recommended that I follow up with Dr. Fazelat the next week. Before I even had a chance to call the practice on Monday morning, I received a call from the office to schedule an appointment with Dr. Fazelat. I was seen later that week, and he took the time to answer all of my questions (and I always have a lot). I really can't say enough about this practice as every experience I have had has been so professional, helpful and supportive. I highly recommend them!

This is a professional and welcoming practice all around. There is a nice and positive atmosphere as soon as entering the reception area. The assistant Z was patient and quite thorough, explaining everything during the few tests I needed. Dr Hall took the time to go over the results and especially impressed me with his expertise and detailed explantations. They use the latest state-of-the-art equipment and do not seem to rush the visit as I have experienced at other offices. I am blessed to have such an outstanding team of experts for my eye health.

I recently had a complex cataract surgery performed by Dr. Jason Hall, and couldn't be more grateful for exceptional care I received. The procedure was successful, and my vision has improved dramatically--it's like seeing the world in high definition again! In addition to this recent surgery, Dr. Hall has been managing my glaucoma with great care since 2015. His depth of knowledge, attention to details, and genuine compassion make every visit reassuring, and comforting. Five stars and heartfelt thanks to him and his caring team at Medical Eye Center.

Medical Eye Center is fantastic! It was one of the best new patient experiences I've had. From check in to check out they were so helpful and kind. I have serious eye conditions in both eyes and it was nerve racking having to change doctors because my insurance changed. Rosie at the reception desk was so friendly and welcoming so I was immediately at ease when I walked in the door. Dr. Fazelet and his assistants were thorough and answered all of my questions. I felt sincere care from them, I wasn't just a number. Definitely 10/10 recommend!!

A very friendly atmosphere, my doctor and her assistance took the time to explain to me what they were doing, what was happening, what was going on with me. I appreciate their thoughtfulness and caring attitude towards me. Definitely an excellent facility and 10+ to the staff!

I had my first appointment yesterday at the River Road "Medical Eye Center" office. The office was quite busy, but all staff I met during my evaluation were professional, especially the individuals who performed a myriad of tests and the ophthalmologist who will be performing the cataract surgery. All in all, a very positive experience and i feel confident I will receive excellent care during upcoming appointments.

needed to see an eye doctor same day. The medical Eye Center was flexible with my appointment and able to get me in with a diagnosis within an hour of my phone call. Staff is professional and courteous.
