The Medical Eye Center - Manchester Office

I had a wonderful experience! This was my first visit and was referred to by my eye doctor. I had a tear in my retina and they took care of it the same day. The doctor and the staff were all so caring and friendly. I would definitely recommend!!

My first visit here, When I walked in to check in I was wowed by the amount of patients to be seen and it appeared small. I was surprised by the kindness and politness of the young lady check in staff. About 10 minutes of waiting I was greeted by a young lady who was obviously working hard to take care of all us patients, she did the testing on my eyes. I was surprised of all what seems to be new technology eye equipment than what I am use to. This you lady was very calm and despite me blinking my eyes when I wasn't supposed to, she always assured me that it was all right. I hope she receives a big raise. After the testing and questions I waited in the waiting room for a short time to see and meet my new eye Doctor Hennessey. She was very thorough, examine my eyes, listened and made a plan for my care. She is amazing and I am excited to have an eye doctor that makes me feel comfortable in her hands doing all she can for my eyesight. My only complaint would be the small room was a little hot, the heat seemed to be a little to high in the waiting room.

Love both of my docs. Dr. Siegel did a thorough eye examination and explained everything. Dr. Hall had a number of additional tests performed and explained my cataract surgery eligibility based on my eye and I feel very comfortable with him in control.

The medical staff are great and very kind, but there are improvements needed in the administrative area. I had to be extremely diligent and proactive in order to get them to order me an MRI (which took weeks), to get the brain scan from the MRI center (which I had to do myself by driving there to get my scan CD and bringing it to multiple Medical Eye Center locations before I could even find an office that knew how to upload it), and to get any information at all regarding my care. I got the sense I was bothering them every time I called. One time, the person on the phone snapped, "Well, we're playing phone tag, okay?!" when I checked in after weeks of silence. It took months to get the referral I needed and I'm glad this wasn't an emergency. There are some really lovely people who work here, so I'm disappointed to be leaving this review.

I have been with the same doctor for almost 15 years and he's always good and take care of me and all the nurses work. There are very well nice pleasant. I recommend it.

Have been a patient of Dr. Siegal for many many years, he's the best! Have never had a bad experience, everyone is very nice and professional.

They were prompt and courteous! I was taken right on time and the appointment took about as Long as predicted. I highly recommend Dr Hennessy and her staff

The staff and Doctor Hennessy were absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough about them.
