Both my husband and I had appointments for our annual eye exam. Dr. Siegal was professional and respectful the entire exam. The most THOROUGH eye exam I have ever had. In the last, we had gone to other optometrists but the exams were quick and felt rushed. My eyeglass prescription is spot on! We definitely plan on returning to see Dr. Siegal on a yearly basis.

0 stars. Doctor was a no show. I had a schedule appointment, showed up only to see a sign on the door that the doctor won't be back until after our scheduled time. No call to let me know before I drove 30 minutes to get there.
I sat in the lobby and was walked by. I called the answering service and left a message. Text the service that had confirmed my appointment time. No replies until 3 days later.
This was to be our new Family Eye doctor but after being completely blown off on my first appointment, I have no desire to see how poor the rest of the services are.
