Best staff around. Very comfortable office and the doctor answers all questions with answers that are understandable to the layman.
Frames are wonderful and if they don't look right with your features she'll tell you and you can try on as many frames as you want. I know I have.

Great service! Not our "regular" eye doctor, but due to an an insurance change and my daughter breaking her glasses tonight, I was scrambling to find someone who carried her frames. Willow Eye found her frames and replaced her lenses right away. They even adjusted my very poorly fitted frames without a charge. Very impressed with the excellent service and kindness as well!

Really disappointed with the interaction I had with the receptionist. On their website, they state that they participate in a public health program that offers comprehensive eye exams to infants. I called the book an appointment for my infants, and the receptionist simultaneously didn't know what I was talking about, and yet was also somehow incredibly condescending. She was brusque and rude. I was looking at moving my family of 5 to their practice but with a first interaction like that, I certainly won't be switching providers.
