the exam took forever to do, more than an hour. waiting for the remote doctors to appear took forever. i know it's a new world and everything is done remotely but this was rediculous. prefer having a real doctor in person. sophie was great but spoke way to softly. my granddaughter and myself could barely hear her and had to ask her to repeat. just needs to speak up.

I had a very easy time at my contact lens exam, and the employees were great!

The technician was very friendly and took his time explaining the difference in the coatings for the lenses. Even helped me to pick out my glasses. Very, very friendly customer service

I been wearing glasses since I was 17, I'm now 42, and this was by far one of the best and most thorough eye exams I have ever had. The tech all the way to the Dr. was pacient, thorough, and explained EVERYTHING to me. When I got my new glasses I was amazed at how on point my script was. Plus they don't over charge or up charge you for different test like most places do. Highly highly recommend. This is the only place I will be going to get my exams done for now on. Thank you!!!

Both my husband and I appreciated the help we received at the optical department. Everyone was patient and encouraging. They called promptly when our glasses arrived and did a great job helping fit them. Good job all.

I originally gave them two stars because I do feel they have a pretty good selection, and the person was nice. But niceness does not make up for what I would considered to be a misleading, or possibly misrepresented, promotion. They currently offer glasses at 60% off at the time I'm writing this. in the store I was told this is off of the frames and lenses. I went and got a quote... the problem is, the quote is not very different from other optical store glasses or the same or similar frames, and same type of lenses. When I compared with another warehouse, (Costco), I found Costco's glasses were actually better quality (in my opinion), with a better selection, and upfront pricing. In fact, without any promotions whatsoever, a pair of glasses would cost me $50 less at Costco, than it would with a 60% promotion at BJ's. So, either they were misrepresenting their promotion, or their prices are way more than what Costco charges. Even transitional lenses only added an additional $40 on the price at Costco, whereas, I was quoted $80 at BJ's. Anti-glare coating was free at Costco, but it was like $80 at BJ's. The up charges are ridiculous. Based on all this information, I was going to give this two stars, but decided to give it just one. If there's no options in the area, this might work out great for you, but if you have a Costco membership, it's probably worth the drive to Nashua.

Very friendly and knowledgeable.

They do not take insurance. The exam room is in a small closet-like room and the doctor is on the TV screen. Not great but easy to get an appointment.
