Very friendly and very thorough. I went in to get fitted for contacts. They gave me a prescription, some sample lenses, and set up a follow up appointment. I lost one of my samples and they gave me a new one no problem. It is a far cry from my previous experiences with other eye doctors who just try to sell me some overpriced frames and get me out the door.
Also - they are taking covid precautions very seriously, which I appreciate.

When I moved here I needed to find a new eye doctor and didn't want to go to some big chain. I drove by the little West End Eye Care and thought I would give them a try.... best decision! The team is just outstanding. I never feel rushed and they make everything so easy.
They added some new COVID plexiglass and a hand sanitizer station inside. This operation is a great example of things done right.
