My experience with your Dr's and your department behind lens crafters was excellent as always. However my experience with lens crafters and trying to purchase new glasses was horrible. I walked out it was so bad and have not replaced my glasses which are very scratched up. That was the reason to come in. I feel they tried to take advantage of me and didn't care about me. I'll never return because of that treatment.

I was extremely satisfied with my overall experience at the clinic. The staff demonstrated excellent professionalism from start to finish. The team member who received me when I arrived was welcoming and efficient, setting a positive tone for my visit. The doctor, whose name I believe is something like Cardine Mandurlle (apologies if I've misread the signature), was outstanding. She thoroughly addressed all my questions and concerns, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring I understood my care and treatment options. The care I received was compassionate, professional, and reassuring, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. Additionally, John, the optician, was just as exceptional--very personable and friendly, making the process of selecting and fitting my glasses both enjoyable and efficient.
