They were cool. Til I bought a set of expensive Nike frames with a defect. Complete rubbish build. I was told 25% off. I will not be back too bad I sort of liked em. Defected glasses. I was told it was *unfortunate#. And past the warranty. Unfortunately I'll tell all my friends they suck and sell junk frames that they don't back. Unfortunately. You can't even stand behind yet still sel this PC of rubbish made of a tiney PC of metal going into a big PC of metal. Careful they don't stand behind the product even when junk before they sold them. Conned

Extremely friendly, helpful and informative staff. My 80 year old mother with dementia and I both had appointments with Dr Patel. Dr Patel has a great "bedside manner" , he is very patient and kind. Dr Patel explains everything great detail. Lauren (front) was so helpful! Lauren gave me great suggestions on glasses (especially for my mother) Lauren also explained everything in great detail and was so very kind and patient as well. Thank you so much Lauren! I apologize I do not know the name of the staff member that originally brought us back and performed our tests but again she was so very kind, patient and informative. I have worn glasses my whole life and have been to MANY ophthalmologist and in my opinion Vision Works in Salem, NH is by far the BEST. Also the pricing and warranty is a HUGE bonus! Thank you all so very much.

The store manager approached me as soon as I walked in and asked if I needed any help. She guided me through the process and let me choose my frames. After I chose my frames I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes before an associate took care of me. He was very helpful and found the best deal for me. It was a pleasant and painless experience.
