I was also able to pick out new frames and Rx sunglasses with the kind women out front. Everyone is extremely helpful and full of patience. Ordered a pair of safety sports googles, got a call they were in. Checked he website, said they were open till 8 pm. i got there at 730- closed. Approached a 'team lead' can someone help me ? nope , no one has keys and the left for the night. Can you ask store manager- I did , said to come back when they are open. Hmmm, I will pick up my sports goggles, but it will be long time before I go back to Walmart. There ARE other options. I will be sharing this and bringing my business elsewhere. UPDATE- Walmart Customer Service did get in touch with me. Satisfied with the response and an 'apology' went a long way. I am upgrading my review to reflect the issue was addressed.
