Dr. Gump was amazing! I needed an appointment urgently and although originally scheduled for next week, I was called back almost immediately because of a cancellation and was able to be seen the next day! Everyone was nice, extremely helpful and made the experience a really good one! I appreciate you all :)

Dr Gump and team were great. Everyone that i dealt were amazingly helpful and very polite. I need to get in done than there schedule allowed and they called the next day saying someone canceled and I could take that spot. I messed up and missed that appointment. They then jumped through hoops and got me a spot the very next day. Again the associates and Dr Gump were personable, kind and polite through my whole experience with them and I have not one negative thing to say.

Dr. Gump was absolutely amazing and made the visit for my son so pleasant. The other staff on the day of our visit was not so friendly but Dr. Gump made up for it. Make sure you confirm your appointment here even if you are always on time and never cancel your appointments because they may cancel your appointment if you don't confirm. Our appointment was canceled but they were so kind to see us since we were on time for the appointment we scheduled a couple of months back. Lol Got to love those no show people that ruin it for everyone. Thank you Dr. Gump you are the reason we keep coming back.

Called to to see if they are excepting new patients. I was answered with very short curt answers. When asked what insurance I had I was then hit with a very short annoyed sounding "the doctor does not accept that" and hung up. No follow up or "is there anything else i can help you with today, not a have a good day, just hung up. Unable to provide a name as she did not say it when she answered. Very glad I have to look elsewhere.

Dr. Gump was wonderful. She listened to our concerns and took time to make sure our prescriptions would work. The staff at the vision center did a great job letting us take time to try on various glasses. The selection of glasses that were at or below my insurance's benefit was fantastic.

Now that is what customer service is supposed to be !! The Dr went above and beyond making sure I left with glasses to wear until the new ones came in. She accomplished what other places told me could not be done. My old lenses into new frames. I drove home with glasses on my face instead of in a zip lock bag. Dr. Gump and all the associates were very knowledgeable, accommodating, and had smiles on their faces. Good old fashioned customer service with some kindness sprinkled on top!

Customer service not well put together. When asking for help they treat you like your stupid and how dare i ask for help. They never used to be this way but now every time i call for help they are rude. It also seems like none of them know accurate information and seem to be very incompetent.
Would not recommend them. They make you feel uncomfortable. Also the woman doctor was also very rude, treated me like I didn't belong there. Sorry but i work for a billion dollar company and have excellent insurance. Never again.
