Dr. Busby and their team provided an outstanding experience! We had a scheduled follow up check up for our daughter in this clinic..receptionist ask if we recieved a msg for the follow up check the same person that make an appointment 3 months ago..she said that we dont have an appointment with them..she said sorry to us but did not even ask if we want another appointment date for our daughter..shes not really a good receptionist since day 1 of our check up not even helpful for the clients..we just ask for a copy of medical records of our daughter and plan to find other Optha.
