I'm writing this a few weeks late because I was outta town but our last visit wasn't great. Even with an appointment it was almost an hour before they brought us in to meet with the doctor. The nurse or assistant or whoever that does the initial check-in, the one who checked my elderly father's eyes, eye pressure etc was not at all pleasant. Not a hello, not a how's your day going, nothing. Didn't even acknowledge my existence which is fine because it was my dad's appointment but common courtesy and hospitality does play a part in this industry and she had none. She unpleasantly shuffled my dad from one room to another until settling us into a room where we had to wait another 10 minutes to actually meet the doctor. I don't appreciate someone in the healthcare profession or anyone for that matter speaking to us like we're a nuisance or like we're bothering her day. The experience was kind of ridiculous and unprofessional. We value your time and all that you do. Please value ours as well. I will not tolerate this again and if I have another experience like this in your office I will be addressing it live and direct in person.

The front desk is very friendly and it is easy to make an appointment. We ususally have a long wait until we are called in but we are very pleased with the medical care we receive. We have full confidence with the opthomologists and staff, and we are treated with respect and care.

Dr. James Dello Russo used to see my daughter & I, not sure when or why it changed.. but Dr Brian Lilien has been seeing us for the past few years now & hes so personable, professional, listens to our concerns & is relatable! I would recommend this practice for your eye care :)

I had Dr.Brian Lilien for years, he is great and so thorough in the checkup. He took time to explain the issues with me and being patient to discuss alternatives with me. He really cares for his patients. The missing one star is because of the scheduling of my husband's appointment in which they did not get his eligibility and so he needs to reschedule for a later time.

Unorganized office, long wait times, and a doctor who seemed uninterested and rushed. I left feeling confused and frustrated rather than cared for. Waited 2 hours in the waiting room just for the doctor to do an exam for 10 mins (no apologies for the long wait) & rush out the room to dodge all my questions. Definitely not the level of service I expected considering the reviews they have. Also, don't ask the manager for updates on what is going on. She is very rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend.

My appointment was at 2:00 pm, but I arrived by 1:40 pm to complete paper work. Then I waited for a long long long time ... finally the doctor came in and the visit turned positive. 3:23 pm I saw the doctor. I have the impression that this place overbooked patients consecutively doctors run behind their schedule. Doctor was pleasant and informative, but because of the long wait I gave 4 stars .
