Amazing experience with Dr. Dello Russo and the entire team. Everyone was smiling, patient, kind, and worked together so well--it immediately made me feel comfortable. They explained everything clearly and thoroughly, which I really appreciated. The office has such a great, positive vibe, and every person I interacted with was wonderful.
Dr. Dello Russo did an amazing job. I didn't get to properly thank him at the time (no glasses before surgery and a bit foggy after), but now, a few days later, I'm seeing so well. I truly wish I could thank him again. Highly recommend this practice to anyone.

The front desk staff and technician were kind and professional, especially while handling my three children -- I truly appreciated them.
However, once we were placed in the exam room to see the physician, we waited approximately one hour with no communication, no update, and no apology. As a working mother who took time off to bring my children in, this felt extremely disrespectful of our time.
Delays happen. Lack of communication is what's unacceptable.
I hope this office improves its scheduling and respect for patients' time, especially for families juggling work and multiple children.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this eye care center. I ordered some glasses five months ago and never received them. During this time, I went to the office multiple times in person, and each visit resulted in a different excuse as to why my glasses were not ready.
What's most frustrating is that I was told today that the person who originally placed my order is no longer working there but that does not explain what happened during the three other times I personally went to the office and was given other explanations.
This has been a very unprofessional and disorganized experience. I wasted time repeatedly going back and forth, and my money has not been returned, hopefully they finally give it back within the next 2/3 days. Customers deserve clear communication, accountability, and respect for their time. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
I would not recommend this office based on how my situation was handled. Extremely Disappointed!!

I am writing to express serious concerns about the level of professionalism at Dello Russo. On multiple occasions, I have observed staff members selectively acknowledging patients, offering greetings and courteous treatment primarily to Caucasian individuals while failing to extend the same respect to others. Additionally, the front-desk reception often does not provide basic customer-service etiquette. I would like to commend Trena, who consistently treats all patients with courtesy and respect. If it were not for the quality of care provided by Dr. Angioeltti, I would have already sought treatment at another clinic
