My visits are always enjoyable. The front desk staff is kind and efficient, and Dr. Tulipani and his team are always wonderful. They make you feel comfortable. They explain everything they do and answer all questions. I always leave feeling confident in my treatment plan.

WORST RECEPTIONIST EVER. Had the most terrible experience at the front desk. The elderly receptionist was the most unpleasant person I have ever met at any doctors office. She made my husband and I feel so uncomfortable by her rude behaviour, constant sighs and dismissive tone. The other younger one was very nice so I would recommend if you ever decide to go here, avoid the old lady like the plague. We will however never be coming back.

Had my cataract surgery performed by them a couple of years ago on mule road, and some post surgery scar tissue removed, all went very well. Within the past two weeks, I was experiencing blurred vision in my left eye, I went in for a checkup and was given some drops by the doctor and told nothing was wrong. I was given a follow up appointment. After a week or so my eye was getting worse so I decided to see another specialist, thank goodness I did as it turned out that I had a detached retina and underwent immediately a procedure to repair it. Obviously it was a missed diagnosis, however, if I didn't get a second opinion I could have lost
my vision in that eye.

Starting upon arrival at the front desk I stood there, literally for eight minutes, waiting for the receptionist to acknowledge me. I realize she was on the phone, but you could've looked up and just either put that person on hold or acknowledge that I was there. In my opinion, being a receptionist as I am, she is very unprofessional. Maybe she needs some help at the front desk so that part I'm not satisfied with.
Secondly, the nurse who took care of me with my eye test was very unfriendly as well too serious. Need a little personality in that office. Seems like a stressed office ?
