I was a little worried when I found out that my regular eye doctor was no longer at the practice and I had to see a new doctor but Dr. Vizam was excellent. He was friendly, made sure to ask me about a previous injury to my eye and how I was feeling. He was easy to talk to and I look forward to him being my regular eye doctor in the future.

Worst customer service at the front desk .. Evette was very disrespectful with an attitude. Cancelled my appointment for 3 minute late and was so rude. Furthermore, my wife had appointment and was waiting in the waiting area, no one came out to call her name. 30 minute later, we ask why my wife were not called in, she mentioned that she did not know that wife is here. Never apologized for the mistake at her end.

This place is awful. They never answer the phones. Bills are messed up. I have to literally drive there to sort out a problem and that's just ridiculous. Front desk staff is apparently always swamped and will ensure you KNOW you're inconveniencing them when you ask them ANYTHING. Find another eye doctor. You'll save yourself the aggravation I'm currently dealing with.

Our experienced caring doctors are located onsite, NOT REMOTE. We offer the latest Myopia Management for children which includes A-scan for more accurate evaluation. Advanced Multifocal, and Astigmatism contact lens designs. Our Dry Eye Center offers Lumenis Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and OptiLift treatment technology.
