I was called back within 5 minutes of checking in and the Medical Assistant was very thorough when taking my chief complaint. She knew the right questions to ask and she was kind, courteous and polite. I was really satisfied with Dr B and he had a great bedside manner. He, too, explained things in a la gave I could understand and his office staff did a wonderful job with getting me an appointment to see a retina specialist. I was very pleased with my visit and would recommend any one of my friends or family to make an appt with Dr B if they are having eye trouble!!!! Excellent Job Dr B and Staff!!!

Dr McLaughlin was great! He explained the cataract procedure very well and made me feel comfortable throughout the surgery. Staff were exceptional, too. All very friendly and caring. Outstanding experience.

I had an issued and called to explain. I was able to be seen within 20 minutes. Awesome staff and Dr Bachinsky is wonderful! I should have started going to this office when I first moved down here!

First time going to this location, and I have to say...I'm impressed! Dr. Bachinsky was very nice, and attentive. I had a couple concerns, (involving something that they don't address in their office), and Dr. Bachinsky took the time to find me the resources and phone number to call with my concern! Not many Doctors do that..(they'll send u to the "front desk" and ask the girls). Which brings me to say, the assistant was extremely polite, and made sure to put all the questions i had for Dr. in the "notes". And as for (the front desk "girls"), we'll, I regret not getting her name, because she went ABOVE AND BEYOND her duties and took the time to go even further to find ANOTHER Doctor and phone number for my concern! She even took the time to explain the procedures for the type of issue I'm having. Very knowledgeable as she is having the SAME issue. I'm very pleased with my results. ALL OF THE GIRLS (STAFF) were very nice, and most of all, they were all patient with me!

Dr Caruso is so kind and really cares for his patients, he makes you feel at ease whether it's an eye exam or cataract surgery, and his staff is absolutely fantastic. I moved away from the area, but still make the trip to see him for all of my vision needs.

Staff is very professional. They know how to smile and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Caruso explained the procedures and my diagnosis in words I could understand. I plan on being a long term patient of this practice.

When the assistant went to place numbing drops in my eyes, I had to ask if they would wash their hands first. Shouldn't this be a required procedure before doing any exam or working near a patient's eyes? The assistant completely understood and complied to my request.

Now known as Horizon Eye Care. The front desk staff and assistants are all pleasant, professional and helpful. The office is clean. Hence the 1 star rating. Unfortunately, Dr. B has little personality and no 'bedside manner'. I wouldn't even call him friendly.
