All staff was pleasant and very helpful and polite - the facility was very clean and spacious - there was barely any wait time for my appointment to start and I wasn't shoved off to an exam room to wait and wait to be examined- the dr was knowledgeable and didn't "talk down" to me - he explained my dx, answered my questions clearly and allowed me to make my own decisions about glasses etc- I want to take special note of Gianna who was friendly and again explained things as we went along gathering data - they did not make me feel rushed but were professional and proficient !

Dr Bachinsky is the best eye Dr. I have every seen. He saved my eye sight when I had a partial retinal detachment. He is very thorough does a great deal of patient education. i had lo st touch with him when he left the practice he was formally with and I was spent a few years searching for him because I was unhappy with the quality of care at the other practice. Horizon Eye Care is fortunate to have such a dedicated physician in their practice.

Went once for a specific issue and that went fine. Now they send me frequent automated emails, texts, and phone calls saying it's "time to schedule an appointment" with no option to unsubscribe. Definitely provide them a burner phone number/email if you don't want this happening to you.

My entire experience was great from entering and meeting the Front desk to the end. My initial meeting with staff before the Dr. entered were very professional with me as well as I notice as the tech was training a new hire. Dr. Houghton's examination found that there was a need for me to meet with my doctor in their Atlantic office for a review of my right eye. He had the receptionist schedule me a follow up. The entire office staff seemed to very well educated in making certain that the patients' needs are primary.
