Took me as an emergency patient. He gave me a thorough examination, detailed instructions on what I needed to do and answered all of my questions. Had several follow up appointments to check how my eye was doing, but got my eye healed up thankfully I appreciated the professional but casual approach to explaining things to me. I also got my glasses here, and since it was right inside the office, was a seamless process. The lady that does the eyeglasses is very helpful and great customer service skills.

He treated me for glaucoma which I didn't have. Insisted I come in every 3 months for a pressure check. Shameless money grab! He also wanted to do cataract surgery on me way before I needed it. Office is filthy and front desk staff are rude. Wait times are ridiculously long so pack a lunch before you go. Would not recommend.

I have always been very satisfied with Dr Pastore & his staff, have never had a bad experience. In my first visit to Dr Pastore's office 6 yrs ago, I had a bad eye infection. He explained what he needed to do, what I needed to do to keep the chronic condition in check. He was very knowledgeable & professional yet kind & thoughtful. He has successfully gotten me through several fluke mishaps that occured involving my eyes through the years and made my cataract surgeries a breeze. The staff have always been helpful & kind to me. I was raised with the adage "Treat others as you would like to be treated" so, in my many visits to Dr Pastore's office, I have never experienced or noticed any animosity or rudeness toward the patients. Dr Pastore is one of my heroes.

DO NOT GO HERE. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Waste of time. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 am, I was not seen until noon. After about 45 min of waiting, I asked how long it would be and they told me another 30 minutes. I asked why, and they said it is because they only have 1 doctor.. So why are they scheduling such frequent appointments?! There were about 6 other patients in the waiting room who had been waiting for 1 or more hours. They have a blatant disregard for other people's time. The receptionists were rude, the office was not very clean (even amidst COVID-19 outbreak) and overall I was VERY disappointed.

Dr. Pastore has done both of my cataract surgeries. He is a very casual, caring doctor. Dr.Pastore even called me the night of each surgery to hear how I was doing. I was amazed at his caring professionalism.

2921 Update: Improved wait time of only a half hour. Staff still friendly. Good eye doc. Loves those Eagles, lol! Don't go on a Monday. It's noon, still sitting here. I scheduled my 10:45am appt six months ago!

Literally worst eye doc you could go to. After a few long and painful wait with metal lodge in my eye, Hearing the bimbo receptionist screaming about another employee and how she wanted to fight her, I felt like i was i high school again. Extremely unprofessional establishment. Dr pastore even came out and chimed in on the girl who was screaming egging her on. Multiple people in waiting room all were extremely upset with how this young lady was talking. Very rude with out any regards to her company and the business she worked for. Very upsetting to she her boss do nothing about it. I finally got called back to see doc. Looked in my eye and pulled the metal out. Sent me on my way... I asked if i needed antibiotics and he said no. I work with metal an had to have it removed many times. Never once was i sent away with out antibiotics . Sure enough next morning rushed to hospital with a terrible eye infections that almost cost me my vision. The emergency room was floored to hear the eye doc didnt give me antibiotics with the completely visible hole in my eyeball .So dont go to this guy

Excellent ophthalmologist, saw me quickly and over 4 weeks cured an eye inflammation which was affecting my sight. Highly recommended
