Front desk people are very rude. They definitely need better people skills. Very loud. Wouldnt look you in the eyes and on the way out didn't save have a good night or thanks for coming. Behind the scenes people were amazing though !

I've been a patient here for 15-20 years, back since Isaac and Sollenberger were there. They no longer take my insurance and I'm down to my last lens (just one eye, had cataract surgery). They won't let me place an order just to have any backups and they won't order an emergency trial lens in case something goes wrong with this one because I'm going to another eye dr now. I literally need 1 lens. If I lose this before I can see the new doc and get new lenses in, I'll effectively be blind and unable to work. Great way to treat me after 15-20 years.

I don't know what say but that I would not recommend this place. Drove out for my appointment and they would not let me opt out of a retinal scan or the eyedrops. I had to cancel my appointment and leave.

Communication is lacking, the doctors I encountered were ok but I will definitely not be going back. I don't feel like my concerns during my follow up were heard. The lack of patient compassion is very astounding at this location from the time of check in to the time of check out.

Drove 40 minutes for an appointment with my Dr of choice, taken back to machine examination put back in waiting room after 15 minutes taken to examination room and told some Dr I never heard of would be in shortly. How do you treat patients this way and think it's acceptable...

I had the most satisfying experience.Dr.David is super nice and kind. He ensured that I understand the rationale behind the procedures done to my eyes and the findings thereof. He really went out of his way in ensuring that I will have the necessary follow up treatment done accordingly. As a patient, I truly appreciate this kind of thorough treatment and the assurance that your doctor is on top of the information you needed to know. The staff are super warm and helpful. I think this is extremely important in the clinic. Thank you so much.

I think the staff was excellent and pleasant. Very caring and careful with me as a patient. I think Dr. Isaac was extremely open minded, explanatory, and pleasant to converse with about the various testing that was performed in the office. He even offered to check any costume contacts I might but in case they are not safe for my eyes. I am happy to have picked him; as he is the first Eye Specialist I have seen in three years. I was seen by his office on 9/12/18 Seen again by the staff on 8/28/23 Again very pleasant staff. Very informative with each test, gave directions very clearly. Dr Isaac's kind gentlemen who provides results of tests with a caring matter. Quick and efficient service. Can't wait to go back in a November for my recheck
