Your front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Was not seen by a physician becasue the front desk staff was not sure if you accepted my insurance. However, When i matlde the appointment i was told that you accepted my insurance. My eye physician recommended two eye surgeons but I decided to make an appointment with you based on the recommendation of a friend who was one of your patients. No harm. Dr. Richman is exceptional. After being diagnosed with glaucoma, I thoroughly researched specialists in our area and concluded that he was the best of the best. Now that he has successfully treated me for two years, I can say that I was blessed to find him. He is very thorough, very knowledgeable, and one of the nicest doctors I've ever had. He takes his time explaining things in a simplified manner and welcomes questions. As a bonus, his office is both attractive and extremely well run -- appointments are on time, the staff is friendly and courteous, and the facility itself is top-notch. I travel to his office from out-of-state several times a year and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Cannot recommend him more highly.

The office was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. and they have a patient consultant, Korey Crosby, who will walk you through the whole procedure and set up everything. He was a god sent. I sat there and he scheduled all my appointments with my eye doctor and the eye surgeon Dr. Richmond from Kremer Eye Center. He set up and ordered all the meds needed. I met with Dr. Richmond, who is very knowledgeable and friendly. We set up an appointment for the cataract surgery which will be done at the Surgical Center of South Jersey. I recommend Kremer Eye Center to all.

Everyone was pleasant and professional, and knowledgeable.I think one area that could be improved is communating the time involved in a typical appoinrment. My appointment took 2 hours and I understand front one of the assistants that that is typical. As a first time patient to this practice, it would have been very helpful to have been advised of this when making the appointment. Since my and most other patients need to be dilated. It would be helpful to understand the time line so that patients can plan appropriately if they can't drive and are dependant on someone to provide a ride.

I had an excellent experience at Kremer Eye Center in Cherry Hill from start to finish with my Light Adjustable Lens (LAL). The entire process was clearly explained, and I always felt comfortable and well-informed. The staff is friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Every visit was organized, the office is always clean, and I never felt rushed. What really stood out was the consistent follow-up at every appointment. Each LAL adjustment was carefully done, and my vision was thoroughly checked and explained. The doctors and technicians truly care about their patients and results. I'm very happy with my outcome and would highly recommend Kremer Eye Center, especially for anyone considering the Light Adjustable Lens.

Absolutely great experience with Kremer and Dr Chaterjee. Also, everyone I encountered today for my checkup was amazing. The woman who took me back for eye testing and along with Dr Cabero for exam. I would highly recommend Kremer , Cherry Hill. Also, working with Korey for all the paperwork and who sets up the surgeries and the follow up exams. He made it so easy and always responded very quickly if I left a message.

I had eye surgery in my home area. However my first follow-up was at Kremer - another state! A nearly 2 hour drive for a 5 minute doctor visit. While everyone was nice at Kremer, it was quite a drive. The facility was clean and bright. Handicapped parking was adequate. The staff all very helpful.

I was truly impressed with this place. It was operated very professionally from start to finish of my visit. The staff was friendly and cheerful. The facility was spotless, well lit, and comfortaable. Despite the fact that I was late for my appointment, there was no mention of this. Their testing equipment was modern and laid out very effectively. At the completion of my tests I met my doctor who had in front of him all the results of my tests and my complete medical history. He examined me thoroughly then explained my condition and what my treatment options were. He answered all my questions then provided a plan. I felt compeletly confident in him. I then met with a coordinator who laid out exactly how the process worked and what I needed to do from that point step by step. This is how medicine should work! This is only the third time I left a review on Google in my over 45 years as a Computer developer.
