Huge shout out to Amaya, Dr. Chen, and Camryn for making my experience quick, easy, and surprisingly enjoyable. This is my second year coming here. I'm always greeted by friendly and helpful staff when I come in. Dr. Nunez is very thorough. What makes him stand out from other eye doctors I've seen (and I've seen plenty), is that he's super approachable. I feel comfortable talking to him and asking him questions. And he's always willing to answer them and discuss. There were staff from last year that I no longer see working here and staff that are new to me but all of them are always so great and helpful. Shoutout to this Visionworks for being on top of it, for hiring good workers, and for creating a comfortable environment that delivers excellent service.

Lovely experience all around. During both of my visits (first to select the frames, second to pick up and get adjustment) the staff was friendly, knowledgeable about process/insurance and quick. The store itself is large and has many options. I also appreciated the clear labeling of pricing. My frames were ordered and ready for pick up in less than week. Will absolutely be back.

The lady at the back desk greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked what can she do for me? I told her I had a run around to different places because of my insurance but with her it was as easy as 1,2,3. She asked me for my information and quickly was able to help me out in directing me to the glasses I would pick from due to my insurance plan. Once I picked them out I was out of there in not one. The experience was great, fast and friendly. I recommend 10/10

My appointment was 11/4/2025 - 4:40 pm - Nicole, Amaya, Carly & Dr. Abbate were all great!! Amaya could shave a singing career... one day. Carly tried her best to give me several options which was hilarious. I say that because none were my style. Nicole wrote up my order and we laughed. It was a great experience. Friendly, Informative & Affordable! I'm not generally one for big corporate companies, but when my family optometrist retired several years ago I started going to Visionworks on Haddonfield Road in Cherry Hill and have always had an exceptional experience.
