Dr. Kindermann

I don't recommend this location for care the wait times terrible. On average 45 minutes or more. The office overbooks every appointment time then expects the patience's to consider this normal. I say this as formal patience that has been badly treated this way. DR. Kinderman is very experienced: caring, considerate but one doctor to see all the people they herd through there is ridiculous. I know this is a corporation run outlet for eye care. Addendum: I was contacted by the office manager from Dr. Kinderman's practice and graciously asked to reschedule a follow-up visit. I was able to choose the date and time that suited my agenda. On this visit I was the only patient waiting, after updating the new digital ID since my last visit. Three minutes afterward a technician call me to start the follow-up procedures, after that I was visited by the Doctor for the evaluations of the surgeries. The appointment was completed in 30 minutes. This is what I expected when I made the first appointment. PS... Was my posting the issue with Google, or, the fact that a charge for my second surgery on my credit card was not posted as yet?

I am not a patient here but my mom has been one for YEARS. Since I am diabetic and both my mom and brother have eye diseases,my PCP wants me to see opthalmologist instead of optometrist. I called for appointment. When I was asked what insurance I had I told them horizon NJ family care (Medicaid). I was told they only except my insurance if I have a diagnosis. I said, how can I have a diagnosis BEFORE being seen??? I explained my situation and the hereditary eye diseases in my immediate family (which is why my PCP wanted me seen!). Nope. Have to be diagnosed first. (Full disclosure, all the other opthalmologist offices I called would not accept my insurance either except one with not one good review! The other offices didn't tell me why, just no.). So, back to my optometrist who I've seen for years and takes my new government insurance but can only see me on Tuesdays because of "that particular insurance".

Dr Kinderman is a kind and caring man. He explains everything and answers questions if you have them. His office staff is friendly and efficient. Dr Makar is also the best ophthalmologist I have seen. They are a great team

Dr. Kindermaann is such a gem and savior. He saved the eyesight or my then 13 year old son and so many years later he saved my eyesight as well. I'm still a part of the practice. Dr. Kindermann has been to a godsend to so many in countries far and wide. Thankyou Dr Kindermann

I had eye lenses implant surgery with Dr. Kinderman. They try to sell the multi focal lenses which I may not recommend as many still need to use prescription glasses including myself although the power is low. I bought the multi focal lenses but it is not a good investment. The major problem is that one of the staff members who is connected to him is very rude and unprofessional. Dr. Kinderman also has no patience. It is like a factory. They are also not strictly part of Wills eye. Hence don't rush. Even after the insurance and copay prior to the surgery they will still bill you. Very money greedy organization! Hence do the research and discuss everything in detail including the out of pocket payment. There are so many good doctors who can do this kind of surgery in south jersey.

Dr Kindermann is awesome!!! Just had surgery on January 8th and my left eye is so clear . He did a awesome surgery!! Can see so clear I am getting my right eye done. The Will center in Cherry Hill is amazing! Can't wait to have the other eye done! Very good experience and they make you feel comfortable all the way til the operation is complete! Amazing center and surgeon! I was nervous days before but so happy. I'm 54 years old and see better then I did as a teen!

When doctors become businessmen. First Dr. Kindermann is great. Did my cataracts surgeries as well as my multiple members of my family and their cataracts and vision needs. I haven't had a check up so I called and was told they took a contract with an insurance provider that was not ny own. Which is fine, I was covered for the cataracts years ago, and since was not . So I paid cash for check ups and prescription. Nope. . Could not see me, even if I paid cash I guess because I had a secondary? I don't understand that, so U.S. currency is no longer accepted? So whatever contract he signed is apparently exclusive? Last visit his associate gave me a script for bifocals, I asked if I could get another one specifically for being on the computer. I had gotten progressives , but i am missing a spot in the middle of one eye so got reading glasses as well (all 3 were paper scripts only). When I got to the desk to check out got a surprised by the cost of a visit. I see specialists a lot, this was more expensive. For a check up. What really shocked me was the Extra $20 for each script in addition to the visit. To be honest I was a bit insulted which does not happen often. I guess SHODDY is the right word. Been my doctors office for me and my family's eye care and was basically told after 20ish years to go find another doctor. Not welcome here.

Just completed 2nd cataract surgery. Dr Kindermann exceeded all my expectations. Excellent Professional Doctor, and a really great, easy, soft personality. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
