Wouldn't recommend going here. The doctor had both my fiancee and I go back and fourth across the office at least 5 different times because he kept forgetting things in another room. He easily added another hour to our appointments just walking around and not knowing what he's doing. The optician wasn't in, so the doctor was unfamiliar with ordering glasses, which added even more time and confusion. I've also stopped in twice since getting the glasses to get them fitted properly and, even though she's in "in the afternoon", the optician is conveniently never there and "it would be best to call ahead first". You'd be better off going to a bigger practice like America's Best.

Had a great experience with Dr Fitzpatrick yesterday. He was so patient with my 5 year old and gave me so much good info about what's going on with her eyesight. We also got the cutest frames. Now it's time for me to schedule my own eye exam! Thanks Dr Fitzpatrick!

Dr Seidman does a thorough examination every time I come in. It gives me the confidence that no rock is left unturned. He interacts with me and explains what he is doing and answers all my questions in a way I can understand.

Worst experience! I paid over $400 for transitional lenses in May of 2025, the wrong lenses were delivered in June of 2025. I waited until late October of 2025 to receive my correct lenses. All of the responsibilities of communication were on me. I called over a dozen times and received different excuses and stories from staff. The optician blamed the doctor and in September of 2025 I was told that my lenses were never ordered. I had been promised for months prior that my lenses were arriving "next week" and that I would be called when they were in. I contacted the office in October and was told my lenses were "here" and ready for pick up. When I asked why I hadn't been contacted I received no reply. On October 21st I went to pick up my lenses and asked if there was any compensation for the lies and poor business practices I was given. The optician blamed me for having "state insurance". There were no apologies offered and no explanation for why I was told that my lenses were ordered when they were not. While the optician took over 15 minutes to transfer my lenses, I was told: "now there's a problem". I was given different frames because the new lenses didn't fit the ones I purchased. I asked if my frames were different and was told "yes". I asked again if I could have my old lenses and frame as a backup pair. Now it was okay. Ugh! BE FOREWARNED, THIS IS NOT A CREDIBLE OR PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!!

Everyone at Eye Exam Associates is professional and knowledgeable. The doctors give top notch care, taking the time to explain everything. I have been going there for over 25 years.

I wanted to take a moment to share feedback about my recent visit. First and foremost, I want to commend Dr. Fitzgerald--he was incredibly sweet, patient, and kind. He took the time to answer every one of my many questions with care and compassion, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and warmth. However, I was extremely uncomfortable with the behavior of Samantha and the woman at the front desk (whose name I do not know). Both were shockingly rude, especially in the way they spoke to Dr. Fitzgerald. They just seemed so miserable. It was honestly horrendous and deeply upsetting to witness. Their tone and attitude were so unprofessional and harsh that by the time I left, I genuinely felt like crying. In today's economy, many would be grateful to hold a position like theirs, and I'm shocked that such behavior is tolerated in a professional setting. This experience has made me question whether I will return to this office, despite the outstanding care from Dr. Fitzgerald. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it reflects not only on individual staff members but on the overall patient experience.

Absolutely the best. My wife and I have been to going to them for many years. We're very pleased with their service.

Dr Fitzpatrick was extremely thorough, and genuinely interested in my health. I appreciate the time he took to go over exam results.
