Never coming back there.
The doctor is fine (hence an extra star), however they only take medical insurance which was not explained to me in terms what it will cost me in both the time and money. My insurance covers annual exam with $5 copay. But going to via medical is a specialist copay plus not-covered refraction fee. This, and the fact that I would have to do eye insurance forms submission myself should've been communicated ahead of my appointment. The billing cs is painfully slow: just to get an itemized statement is 15 min call plus "Email will take up to 7 days." Beyond annoyed.
