Dr. Hilke is fantastic. The one star is for the rude receptionist and despite asking for my records to be sent to another doctor's office numerous times it hasn't been done which is frustrating. Dr. Hilke please have your receptionist train on patient services.

I saw Dr. Hilke as a new patient and was very pleased with my experience. He is very thorough and took his time to determine my correct prescription. I had the photograph of my inner eyes taken and he explained everything that that test showed. He is very pleasant, as were his staff, who helped me choose my frames. I highly recommend this office.

I found this practice through my insurance and couldn't be happier. Last year I saw Dr Zheng and this year I saw Dr Hilke. I just needed my prescription to be updated to get new contacts so I wasn't picky about who to see but so glad I got to see Dr Hilke. He's passionate about this job and is clearly good at it. He described his practice (along with the other two locations) as the neighborhood doctor's office and that really resonated with me. In addition to giving me my new prescription, he took his time to get to know me and shared information about him, his practice and his family. He made me feel like not just another number but a neighbor. My family and I will be back!

I will never step foot there ever again. They took 6 weeks to adjust my reading glasses telling me its the Insurance fault, I called my insurance and told me its their negligence..Also they had a bad attitude !!! I wish I could give them *0* star. This is my 1st bad experience..
