I just tried calling the Deptford Sam's Club Optical Center 3 times within 5 minutes (11 A.M. on 1/5/21) . Each time I called, I would get the automated system for the first 5-10 seconds and then I would hear the phone being picked up and immediately get hung up on. If the employee answering the phone was busy, I would of been more than happy to be put on hold. The only reason I did not give one star is because I am not sure the reasoning behind hanging up on me repeatedly, but come to think of it I can not think of a good reason. I called the Walmart in the same shopping complex and they answered my questions and I set up an appointment 2 days away. Funny how you have to pay to be a member at Sam's but it's free to go to Walmart.

Unbelievable long wait for service. Not worth the discount! Customer ahead of me has been continuously serviced since 1pm. I arrived at 3:15 and told to return after 20 minutes, and it is now 4:27.....finally waited on and he gets on a phone call....
