If you do not speak Spanish, do not come here! It's Dover can't expect anything less! The treatment was disgusting for me and my girlfriend being black and understanding Spanish. As stated if you aren't Spanish looking and speaking it walking through the door, please do not even waste your time coming here 10:15 was my appointment this is being posted at 11:15 why make a appointment if you can't obey by it. When asked what time is available was told 10:15 and usually very patient but just watch them discriminate against color people for a hour! Andrea is the only worker I can talk to or has any knowledge, everyone else just needs communication skills because as a group they didn't accomplish anything
