Each time I go to Dr. Levey's office I'm greeted with smiles and warmth from people like Peggisue and Emily. They assist with getting me checked in quickly and answer any questions I have with kindness. When I have testing a lot of times I'll have Cathy administer them. She is knowledgeable, patient, and nice to me. When I need glasses or an adjustment to my frames, Matthew is always friendly and helps as though it's no trouble at all. I really like the whole office staff. Thank you!

Probably the nicest, most caring staff I have ever met in any office anywhere and Dr. Mann was just as nice, caring and very knowledgeable. I feel very well taken care of (and cared about) by this office. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr Mann is excellent and very thorough and answers all questions and concerns. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Keisha one of the technicians is excellent. The office staff can be nice and helpful . Some office staff is rude and don't return your phone calls. I understand the office is busy but leaving a message and you don't hear from anyone for over a week is ridiculous. Keisha is the only one who returns calls and Tries to help and I get she has a lot of phone calls to return just leaving a message on the tech line and you don't hear answers for a while . Keisha is wonderful just when you leave a message with the office staff it usually doesn't get transferred to techs and you don't hear anything back cause their helping patients in the office .

Dr. Mann is first class. Does a great job with examinations and explains everything to the detail. His resident Doctor, Dr. Bale is also great. She knows her stuff and is extremely helpful when it came time to determining the right prescription for me. Optical shop: Matt is the ultimate professional. He fixed an older pair of glasses on the spot and then got my new frames ready within a business day. Unbelievable service!! Highly recommend Dr. Mann's office.

Excellent service. Dr. Mann was personable, professional and thorough. Everyone was friendly and present from checkin to checkout. Peggysue was diligent in finding me a timely follow up in a packed schedule. Highly recommend and will be returning for all my eye care needs.

At Eye Associates of NJ everyone (from the person taking appointments, to the receptionist, to the billing person, of course Dr. Conroy and Matt and Mark and Nash in optical) is friendly, professional and focused on the patient's positive experience. This practice is so busy for these very reasons yet they all manage to keep upbeat and move things along. I had a great experience with getting my eye exam, glasses and contact lenses. I am so grateful to have found this RARE combination of great Doctors and caring, professional office staff! Not easy to find these days! F. DP

This place can't be trusted.BEWARE!!! This is my first time to go to this office.I went for regular eye check up which ended up having 3 visits. I was told by Dr.Mann that I have glaucoma & needed surgery for both eyes.Nothing was mentioned how high the pressure was,no picture was shown,he just asked if there's family history of glaucoma & he said I got it so he just gave me a paper to be scheduled for surgery & was given eye drop. I was scared & can't believe that in a matter of over a year from my last visit with another doctor now I have glaucoma & needed eye surgery on both eyes & will be done back to back. Meanwhile patient portal cannot be access & once I was able to access it,the only info are my schedule for surgery & follow up so I requested for a copy of the result & the staff was annoyed & I was told it will take 30 days before I get it & I have to pay $1 per paper but I insisted it's only few copies & it shouldn't take a month to get it. Being so doubtful of everything going on I decided to get a second opinion which showed I have normal eye pressure & surgery is not needed. They finally gave me a copy of my record 2 days after I requested for it which only shows the last visit but no documentation on my first 2 visits & to top it off the pressure on my eyes were normal,no mention of surgery but I have a schedule for surgery on both eyes next month. This is scary for patients who has no knowledge of things like this & who just listen to what treatment is being recommended to them & who doesn't even question anything. I just hope this doesn't happen to anybody.

Wow, I have to tell you I was afraid to get surgery just because, but Dr. Mann and his staff made me feel comfortable the entire step of the way from the first time that I met a friend of mine who we worked with many years ago to his nurse assistant who really calmed me down and gave me the details of the procedure both before, and after the fact.Cindy and Tayna Really rocked it with super duper personality
