Excellent service, they are very kind. We were attended by Dr. Conroy and the technician was Tatiana, both very attentive to our needs. It is worth noting that there are many people who help with the language (English-Spanish).

Dr Conroy is terrific. He is a wonderful eye doctor and very personable. He takes the time needed to give you a complete & thorough exam, he never rushes & never over books appointments. I recommended him to my 2 grown children & my husband & Dr Conroy is now their doctor too.

It's always a pleasure to visit the office. Dr.Conroy is very welcoming, with great knowledge and lots of patience. I have to say that I was very pleased to see the COVID protocols in place, the staff was also very attentive. The person helping with the glasses was very helpful (I didn't get his name, but he's great with communicating all the benefits for our plan). Definitely recommending this place.

First time visit. Took me right in at the time of my appointment. Complete and very thorough eye examination. I was asked if I had any questions. Staff was polite and very respectful. With my regular eye Dr retiring I was looking for a new place to go for my regular eye checkups. I'm happy to to say I found my new place. Thanks to everyone who made my appointment a pleasant one.

Dr Conroy is one of the best ophthalmologists I have ever visited. His professionalism, knowledge, and ability to explain scientific concepts about contact lenses to his patients is a rare combination. In addition, he utilizes the latest technology in contact lenses. I would highly recommend him if you need contact lenses.

I was happy with the Eye Center in Bloomfield. They were able to squeeze me in the same day, the lobby was run discretely during COVID, and after registering patients waited outside rather than crowding the lobby. The exam was thorough and professional, with a diagnosis directly after the examinations. The business had a friendly, neighborhood feel to it, and was buzzing. I went in for a medical problem with my eyes rather than for glasses, so can't speak about it from that side of the business. However, everyone in the shop was relaxed and friendly, which speaks for a well-managed medical office. Dr. Conroy had a pleasant manner, came across knowledgeable and professional. He took time to answer all of my questions and concerns including those tangently related to the problem I came in for. Thumbs up!
