EyeCare 20/20

It's a good practice, but the time check should apply to both facility and patients. I was sent back for 15 minutes delay in reaching them but today (02/17/2026) I sat in lobby for 45 minutes doing nothing. This appointment is for my daughter and last time I was late to an appointment after school but was not considered (02/03/2026) even though I gave a heads up that I'm late. Please respect time of patience also if you respect appointment time. I like Brian here who makes quality glasses is one of the reason to see this facility.

The staff are very friendly,the office is very clean & inviting but most of all Dr.Gunzberg explains everything about your test, she makes you feel comfortable & listens to your concerns. I can highly recommend this place!

Easy to get appointment, almost no wait once I got there. All the staff was very friendly, doctor was great! They dont push you to buy glasses also which a lot of places do. Would highly recommend.

They injured my eye during a routine eye exam. My eye was red, painful, and tearing that started almost immediately after and lasted for several days. I will avoid this practice in the future.

Doctor is great. Spends as much time as needed talking with you explains everything well. We've been going for a few years and always find the staff doing the testing are always unpleasant and angry. But as long as doctors are good guess it doesnt matter. Just don't understand why they all seem that way. Job requirements? Definitely a mood killer...

Terrible experience today. Waited for 30 minutes in the exam room before the doc came in. The doc saw a patient who came after me. That's all okay, least the front desk can do is to apologize. Missed a later pm appointment because of the delay and after all that, I was asked to schedule a follow up . This place was on convenient for me from Livingston and I wanted to make this my permanent eye doc but they don't feel welcoming at all.

Great experience, staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Silverman took time to answer all my questions and explain thoroughly the problems I was experiencing. Highly recommend.

I recently saw Dr. Richard for some follow up care after a procedure he performed last year. He is very patient, confident and reassuring, and takes the time to explain exactly what he will be doing and what the expectations are. Kudos also to his assistant Barbara. Always a pleasure to work with this practice. They are responsive to any issues. For example, I requested a same day appointment to deal with an issue and I was accommodated without any question/issue. I was told I would to wait a bit since they were squeezing me in , but I so surprised and grateful to be seen relatively quickly. I've been a patient of Dr. Silverman for quite a few years and he is the best. He performed both of my cataract surgeries and has managed other issues I have had throughout the years with a reassuring and calm demeanor. I am a new patient of Dr. Richard and I beyond pleased with his patience, confidence and down to earth nature. He took the time to explain the procedure and took the time to answer my questions. I was never rushed and he was also kind enough to tell me I could call him at any time should any problems arise. The office staff should also be commended. Very professional, friendly and kind. I have recommended this practice to many of my friends.
