Dr. Malik is one of the best eye doctors I've ever visited. I've been wearing contact lenses since I was 13, so I've seen many specialists over the years -- and this experience truly stood out.
She took the time to thoroughly examine my eyes, explain everything clearly, and make all the necessary adjustments with patience and care. She made the usual "Which one is better, this one or this one?" process so much easier and stress-free.
She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. My vision is now the best it can possibly be. I highly recommend her!

I started coming to Total Vision Care last year and both of my annual eye exams were nothing short of exceptional. The staff were proficient, friendly, and accomodating. I like that they now offer the option to complete intake forms online before arriving to the office It really streamlined the entire experience and I barely had to wait. As soon as I checked in, one of the technicians ran some eye tests on me before I saw the doctor. The equipment is state-of-the-art and made me feel more comfortable and confident about my eye exam. I am also impressed that I did not have to be dilated and instead had pictures taken of my retina. I was evaluated by Dr. Malik both times I was there and I love her! She is very personable and is always very thorough. I never feel intimidated to ask her questions. If you are thinking twice about booking here, definitely do not hesitate to book. I highly recommend Total Vision Care!!

Really positive experience overall. The office confirmed my appointment ahead of time and reviewed my copay before the visit, which made everything smooth. The exam was pretty thorough and the doctor took her time. I tried contacts for the first time and they were rly patient with finding the correct fit. I rarely have a good time with the eye doctor but these people were truly great

The doctor prescribed glasses that weren't right -- they made me uncomfortable and dizzy. When I went back, I was asked to keep trying different lenses, and after 2-3 attempts, the doctor said they weren't sure what to suggest and told me to decide whether to adjust the number up or down.
It's the doctor's job to provide a solution, not ask the patient what to do. The entire experience was frustrating, and being charged again to fix their own incorrect prescription made it worse.
I will not be returning to Total Vision Care. The service felt careless and money-driven rather than patient-focused.

The staff is great, and Dr is amazing too. Although they kept me waiting for over an hour - even though I had an appointment, I did not walk in unannounced. Not to mention that 2 weeks before I had a confirmed appointment as well but they didn't have it registered on their system! So not only did I showed for a first appointment to which I was not taken for, but I went there for a second time with an appointment and still kept me waiting for over an hour.

I wouldn't go anywhere else! Stephanie and Juleysa at the front desk are both so wonderful. They were able to accommodate my scheduling needs, helped me understand my insurance coverage, and took care of me from start to finish. Dr Malik - where do I begin. She's the best! She was so thorough. She took the time to understand my vision needs, listened to all my concerns, and created a plan to address it all! I have struggled with contacts (which was one of my concerns) but she was able to fit me on the first try and I am so happy! She even has products to sell to help with my dry eyes. This was truly an amazing visit and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I will not go anywhere else! Thank you so much!!!
