I came with a bent arm stem on my eyeglasses, (because I sat on them). And even though, they couldn't save the stems, Marva was kind enough and determined enough to try to fix them with spare arm stems. She went above and beyond. It was like I was in a master crafter workshop. She was determined to help me. She made it fit. They look great. And I am so thankful. I highly recommend this establishment. May God bless Marva! She sure blessed me.

Everyone is pleasant and welcoming. Sheila, Dawn & Debbie in the front office treated me like an old friend. James, who did my preliminary testing, was efficient and patient. He made sure I was comfortable during the exam (not always easy since I'm a senior citizen with arthritis who moves very slowly). Dr. Krause was pleasant and thorough, as well as giving detailed explanations about the results of my exam. Clarkson Eyecare has a large selection of frames at reasonable prices. I would recommend them without hesitation.
