Absolutely fantastic service. I walked in and it wasnt too busy at the time and got seen for a new eye exam. Alyce helped me out at the front counter and Doreen helped me pick new frames. I have light sensitivity so i always check that the optometrist can do a tint AND transitions and this pearle vision is one of the few places ive been to that can! Thanks to insurance and Doreen helping me out i got my new frames and lenses for $400 off standard price. Highly highly recommend and will visit again again!

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so satisfying. The staff were very warm and welcoming, the person taking care of the tests was very sweet, the doctor was efficient, but thorough and not only did I find fun glasses but the ambiance was classic including the retro music and I was well cared for. Again, not something I typically rave about but experiencing some humanity in life is appreciated.

I have only had pleasant experiences at this Pearle Vision location. The staff is friendly, kind, and most importantly, knowledgeable and professional. The exams are thorough, and Dr. Shah explained the results well. Doreen was tremendous in ensuring I also got what I needed in my glasses! 10/10 - Would Recommend.

An ear piece on my good frames fell off and non having a spare I did not know what I would do. It was recommended to me to see someone at Pearl vision to fix it. Emmanuel was unable to fix original piece but said he could be able to replace ear pieces. They match perfectly. I am thrilled!

Watched the manager throw an employee under the bus who did absolutely nothing wrong. Why do that to an innocent employee when the doctor is the one who is at fault here? Never again, and I've blocked their number b/c they constantly pester you to make a new appointment. I don't even live in the area anymore and even if I did, after the manager's behavior this is the last place Im going to.
