had to rewrite my review, For 1 was able to find my old prescription & seen I was -3 -2 & had axis & cylinder filled out.my new prescription was just -1 & -0 nothing else filled out. I feel my eye exam wasn't thorough because I received my lens & it just corrected blurriness and not my actual site. So I ordered 2 glasses with weak prescription. A-little frustrated but glad I didn't purchase expensive glasses from them . customer service & staff was amazing but i'm mad my prescription was so off & I dont trust them to go back. Just went to another eye exam and was told Cohens was waaaay off.

I had such a wonderful experience at Cohen's Optical at The Mills at Jersey Gardens. Samantha helped both my girlfriend and me pick out three pairs of frames, and we were amazed that they were all ready the same day.
From the moment we walked in, Samantha was incredibly patient, attentive, and kind. She really took the time to help us find frames that fit our style and made sure everything looked and felt right. Her attention to detail and genuine care made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
It's rare to find customer service that thoughtful these days, and Samantha truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. If you visit this location, I highly recommend asking for her. We'll definitely be coming back!

I really wanted to like this optical store, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. The customer service is poor, especially once they've made a sale. The reps (specifically Daniel) were quick to sweet-talk me into purchasing an expensive pair of glasses, making big promises about quality and support. Unfortunately, when the glasses broke far sooner than they should have, everything changed.
Instead of helping, they gave me the runaround--different answers from different employees, long wait times, and absolutely no accountability. It felt like they were only interested in making a sale, not standing behind the products they push so hard.
I expected far better from an optical store. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that actually values its customers after they've swiped their card.

My wife and daughter went here for glasses and was scammed out of 1,300 dollars.the glasses my wife hated hers.told her she needs to try it for 20 days.she brought it back and the salesman said it should adjust. it didn't! next time she came back oh sorry it past the time of return ! Thats 1! my daughter glasses screw came out in less then a month at this point this is my 4th trip to mall the guy thats supposed to fix the glasses is never there and when we finally got him he said there is nothing we can do about it but they have a sale going on!!! A sale on trashh!! And stay away from the con man Daniel !! I do not recommend to my worst enemy!
