I had an extremely negative experience with this optometrist office. When setting up my appointment, I was informed that my insurance did not cover a mandatory retinal photography exam and that it would cost $39.00. After speaking with my insurance and providing the billing code for the procedure, I was told it was indeed covered and given the exact billing instructions. When I called back to discuss this with a male employee, he became hostile and insulting, insisting that the procedure was not covered and stating, "I don't care what you think about the insurance," before hanging up on me. It seems they prefer to avoid submitting the test to the insurer and get paid directly. This is a total rip-off. Stay away from this office. They are only interested in ripping you off and taking your money, basically stealing. My insurance even warned me never to pay them out-of-pocket.

Dr. Craft was very patient with me and explained each procedure step by step. He was very informative and caring.

I've been to many eye doctors in the past and this is by far the best experience I've ever had. He has some state of the art equipment I've never seen before. He has a machine that replaces the eye dilating drops that I found amazing! No more blurry vision for 5 hours! He was very kind, professional, and explained everything perfectly. Most importantly, he is the only eye doctor that has ever written me a proper prescription. All of my previous eye doctors only write in the - 3.75 for each eye or whatever. I will most certainly be a return client.

I personally believe this Doctor is racist. He operates a close to one man operation where he answers the calls, he does the cleaning and sanitizing. He is not welcoming, has an attitude when he deals with people of color.persona changes when he is addressing a Caucasian. I had so many negatives from one visit only; which is my last also. Walked in and he was on the phone, I said hello and he turned around like a parent reprimanded a child and silenced me with his hand and an annoyed stare as if to say shut up. Charged 40 for an exam which I had to pay out of pocket because he could not charge it to my insurance. He could not charge my insurance because it's not a legitimate charge. I'm on Medicare and have 0 copay, charged 720 for a pair of glasses that again was not covered. Definitely will not be seeing him again

I loved it here. Dr. Craft and his staff are very friendly. He is patient and takes the time to explain everything to you about your eyes. Dr. Craft was extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough optometrist.

Mr. Craft has an attitude every time I spoke with him. Never going back here again. Extremely rude and unwelcoming! He acts as if he doesn't even want to be there and you're inconveniencing him!

Extremely rude. Kind to your face but will call you names behind your back. Heard him call me a bunch of names on the phone when he thought he had hung up. All because I asked a couple questions regarding my insurance. He made me feel terrible as if I deserved to be called names. Don't go to him. It's not worth it.

Called this office to receive general information about the practice and the Dr. was rude, didn't answer any of my questions, was argumentative and proceed to hang up the phone. All this over one question, I'm shocked this DR has any patients with that type of behavior.
