I recently purchased eyeglasses and was very disappointed with the lenses because it was to thick for the frame. Its white around the rim of the lenses. They look terrible on my face. The Doctor totally dismiss my concern and told me it was nothing that could be done. I'm sure with this new technology in the world, the lenses have been made thinner. I will be finding a new eye doctor.

They were amazing!!! I have a really hard prescription and both Dr. Joanne Ramirez, and Emily, one of the optical technicians, went above and beyond to make sure my lenses were perfect. They were meticulous in getting the proper measurements, and were relentless in dealing with the manufacturer and my insurance provider. They genuinely cared that I was able to see. It was clear that this wasn't just a job, they sincerely cared. I brought my family there. I would highly recommend Optical Techniques to anyone in need of eye care.

I was there today may 8th. I barely leave reviews, but the Dr was very helpful and informative. I also was mislead about my benefits from my insurance and she went out of her way and rectified the issue . Great place. Ill definitely keep coming back for all my eye needs.

Rude dr! Girls up front nice. Should not treat ppl like that. Dr was 45 min behind .Shows me she is just about the money. I waited 45 min only to step out 5 min when they know I was right nearby so dr takes patient that walked in minutes
