Excellent service at Fort Lee Vision. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made the visit feel comfortable and thorough. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality eye care.

I have been going to Dr. Kim for more than 10 years now and can definitely say she is the best of the best. She always puts time and care into getting my prescription right. This office has set the standard so high I don't think I could ever go anywhere else. Coming into the office is always a pleasure! Many thanks!

I really enjoyed this place, they have a wide variety of frames there, including really cute ones. I had a lot of options that were fit with my insurance as well, and I've been enjoying the ones i picked out thoroughly! They've been holding up amazingly! ^_^ the staff there were all really nice and they made the process really easy for me, (it was my first time getting glasses outside of paterson) i would come back again if I need new glasses. :-) TY!

I was so happy to find an optical shop that accepts our insurance. They kindly gave my child an eye exam, and we received the glasses without any issues. My child is so happy with their first pair of glasses. I highly recommend this place.

Glasses were timely delivered. However, Joshua, who took care of ordering my glasses, failed to explain the weight differential on the frame once lenses were in them. Refuses to accept responsibility for his lack of proper advice. Will not recommend this place.

This business is disorganized. I had scheduled an appointment last week and had verified the insurance with them all week. I even emailed them my insurance card. When I arrive at my appointment the person at the front desk has trouble finding my information. I express to her that I had spoken to someone several times during the week and expressed my displeasure of having to deal with this. I said this place was disorganized and that there needs to be better communication among the staff. The lady at the front desk, Dora, became rude and disrespectful with a nasty attitude. We were arguing back and fort and then she dismisses me and said "I am not dealing with you". And points to another woman working there and says "you deal with her bc I am not". I sit down and wait and while waiting I call my insurance company and explain to them what is happening. While I am on the phone Dora starts to yell at me and give me another attitude about me calling the insurance company. And then says it's my responsibility to make sure I have coverage which I explained to her more than once that I did have coverage. When I finally get the summary of my benefits sent to me I showed it to the front desk lady and she still proceeds to speak to me in a rude tone and kept blaming me for the situation. After it's all confirmed I was asked to fill out a form and as I am filling out the form Dora says she is going to refuse to allow me to be seen. To which I took the form I was filling out and put the pen back in the cup. And walked out. I am writing this negative review of this place because they have a right to refuse service to me and I have a right to exercise my right to free speech. I made an appointment elsewhere at a place that is better with their customer service. Here is the lady at the front desk.

Great experience from start to finish! Dr. Kim was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and my glasses were perfect when they arrived. I'll definitely be coming back for all my eyewear needs.
