Dr. Kaur is absolutely amazing! This is probably the best eye exam I have received. It was extremely detailed, professional and informative throughout. Overall a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this place for your eye care needs!

I had a bad experience at this eye doctor's office. The receptionist was nice, but one of the staff--a blonde woman--was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes when I asked a question about insurance and even walked away mid-conversation. I was also charged more than what I was told over the phone, and they wouldn't explain the extra fees. There are plenty of better places that treat you with respect and don't scam you. I won't be returning.

The last 2 times , I have been there the prescriptions I've been given were not accurate. The glasses I had made up with their prescriptions had to be returned. The entire staff needs to take lessons on how to communicate with people. Every time I leave there I'm not feeling so great about the experience I've had there. Do not recommend. Made to feel like a customer and not a patient.

Not sure why the couple of negative reviews. Doctor Domingues is absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable. I have a serious condition in my eyes that I was born with and wouldn't trust anyone else. She knows her stuff! As far as comments regarding the front staff, I disagree. They are always very welcoming. They are busy trying to do their jobs well for us so please be mindful of that and extend a bit more grace. Thank you Doctor and Staff for all that you do!

Very uncomfortable and stuffy waiting room. Exam was distracting with boxes surrounded the eye exam TV with letters. I was told it's $80 for eye contact prescription - and ended up paying $230 which was extremely misleading. I came to get the contact prescription only and none of that was explained over the phone. Aside from the nice doctor, I would never come back here again. Very upset.

The staff at this location in Fort Lee are friendly, attentive and nice. Dr Maria is such a great and sweet person. She has always been very attentive and super flexible with any issues I've had with my eyes. Diana has been very helpful in keeping me inform with any questions I've had during my visits. If you're looking to switch or try a new eye doctor, I highly recommend this team!

I was recommended by a friend to visit this optometrist. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, it was nothing less than excellent service. The girls are knowledgeable, friendly and overall HAPPY! You can feel they love their job and customers. I originally wanted to meet with Dr. Dominguez, given her excellent reviews however I met with Dr. Diane and she was perfect. She explained everything to me as she was going along with the exam, she answered all my questions in depth and asked me if I was comfortable with her responses. The girls in the front are extremely helpful (in particular Cindy) and they helped me pick out my glasses. I will say they aren't cheap however the level of service and their glasses are worth every cent. I'm so happy I listened to my friend and I do not plan on changing this eye doctor. Pink vision has found themselves one more loyal customer!!!!
