Excellent service from scheduling, exams, consultation, etc. Every staff member I met was lovely -- very professional and knowledgeable. All my questions and concerns were addressed during the visit. Almost no wait time -- in and out in about an hour as a new patient. Already looking forward to next year's appointment!

Hard to believe that a professional office like this still exists. Silvia answered the phone, full of information, up front with pricing (not exorbitant), and enthusiastic. An hour later I entered the office--everything was well organized and clean; several people were busy working, and Silvia greeted me to start the fitting of the frames I had brought. No appointment; immediate start. She took her time adjusting several times the bridge tabs, made detailed measurements, and explained the science of the three zones in my progressives. She also measured the zones in my current glasses to be sure the lab would know how to set the zones in my new ones. Her colleagues all seemed similarly friendly and informed. I am someone who likes to learn all about whatever it is I'm about to spend my money on--cars, carpentry, electrical work, progressive lenses--and I normally approach a vendor with skepticism and a thousand questions. (A personal failing, no doubt.) I was completely comfortable with the quality of this shop, and with the value of its services. So rare! Many thanks.
