English isn't my native language, but I can look people in the face and speak English when I'm talking to them, but the doctor doesn't do that. I think I deserve the same treatment if I'm paying the same price as an American. I usually prefer not to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I felt the need to write today. If it had said "I only serve Americans" at the entrance, I would have known that and wouldn't have reacted this way.

Excellent office! I had a scratch on my eye and Ellen got me right in to see Dr. Sander who was professional and caring and knowledgeable. No wait time. My appointment was at 11 and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

I only gave the business two stars because of the kind lady at the front desk. She tries really hard and manages the office very well. I'm not impressed with the doctor at all. He's rude, judgmental and didn't address our problem correctly. His "recommendation" did not work either.

I was able to get a same-day appointment, and I'm so grateful for how quickly everything moved. Despite being a new patient, I was treated with kindness and urgency. The ophthalmologist quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled an emergency surgery right away. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative throughout the entire visit. I'm very thankful for their professionalism and the care they showed during a stressful time. I felt I was in good hands from the moment I walked in.

I was seen by sanders twice unfortunately. Both visits were extremely short and a waste of time. My condition ended up getting worse. Went to another eye doctor on the other side of town and he was able to help me. Don't waste your time or money here. There are more experienced eye doctors in the hackensack area. All sanders seemed to care about was how he was going to get paid before I even set foot in his office. Very rude and unprofessional.
