Dr. Esperon is simply the best--knowledgeable, personable, and always makes you feel genuinely cared for. And when it comes to picking out glasses, Vlad at the counter is second to none. His eye for style and attention to detail make the process seamless and enjoyable. I've been coming here for years, and the entire team consistently delivers top-notch service. They never disappoint!

I have been coming to Dr Esperon for years and it was always a pleasure. However not anymore. I had a 1:30 appt. I didn't see Dr. Esperon until 2:30 (got there 10 minutes early and now over an hour later after my appt). Before he came into the examining room a woman worker came in to ask me questions...that was fine. I told her about the last time I was there for my exam and bought prescription sunglasses as well as regular glasses and paid extra for the scratch proof on my lens and that a month later my lens were scratched brought them back and was told that that protection doesn't really prevent scratching and was given back my glasses (although they were under warranty) In my file it was noted and that they gave me new lens, but there was no vendor invoice in my file for it (since it was under warranty). They NEVER replaced the lens but yet lied in my file. The woman worker told me to tell Dr. Esperon, I did and not even an "I'm so sorry that happened" Nothing! It certainly put a bad taste in my mouth for Focus Eye Care. And when I asked for my prescription so that I can go elsewhere to get a new pair of glasses, I was told they ran out of Prescription Pads... I had to go to their portal that they emailed to me, log in and print it out myself. (I guess they assume everyone has a computer/laptop and Printer) Terrible Experience

I LOVE LOVE this office. Dr. Esperon is the best and the staff are super nice, always very kind. I do have to leave this office because my insurance won't support my optometrist. It was a good run though! I have nothing bad to say about this place. They are also taking very good precautions for covid, very secure.

I remember when he was on Prospect St. Great eye dr. After 8 yrs of trying others and not being happy, I came back. Too bad he doesn't have the frames I like, I did find two pair that were tough to say no to. I also went back to contacts. Matt is professional, helpful and super polite. You will certainly feel it in his staff. They are awesome as well. Thanks for the awesome help.
