Summit Eye Center

Had an appointment today at 11am. Met with Ellen the receptionist and she was extremely helpful and sweet. She explained all of the forms that I needed to complete. Once the forms were completed I saw the Dr. Sandor. There was no wait at all. He examined my eyes because I had a contact lens break in half on my right eye this past Friday. I was able to remove half of the contact lens. And since I didn't see the other half on the floor or the bathroom sink, I went to the ER for fear that the other half was still inside my right eye. He recommended that if it happens again to not go to the ER, but to go to the optometrist. He put orange colored eye drops in my eye and looked all around. He confirmed that the lens was not in my eye and that there were no scratches at all. Thank you Dr. Sandor and Ellen !

I'm only 14 years old, but it was the most beautiful and sweet doctor experience I've ever had! My mother and I felt very comfortable. They even gave a car for me and my little brother

I originally went to Urgent Care for a stye that made my eye very swollen. After being on antibiotics, the swelling went down, but the stye did not go away. I was referred to Dr. Sandors who diagnosed me with a Chalazion. While we were hopeful that a week of warm compresses would do that trick, it still did not go away on its own. I needed surgery. Ellen from his office is amazing. She is simply the kindest and guided me through the process of scheduling the appointment. His surgeries are not done in house. On the day of surgery, everything went well. I am happy to report that I am two months chalazion free thanks to Dr. Sandor's.

Ellen was very nice and Dr. Sandor was quick and informative.

Mr "SANDOR" Was more concerned about how he was getting paid .instead helping a new customer very rude and didn't let you explain how did it I get hurt .. and i had to go to another ophthalmologist to find out that he still had metal particles in the eye hopefully this doctor won't be there in any service cause if you did that to me you do it to anyone else... made me feel like he was prejudiced because I was Hispanic that's how bad he made me feel when I was in the office wasn't even able to give me a doctor to start so I could bring back to my office.. Doctors like this do you don't need around shouldn't have a license... I said I was sent by Concentra through Workmen's Comp. He barely check what I have in the eye and I do speak fluent English and Spanish don't need a translator the worse should close down. Very humiliating and then after that, they said that they speak Spanish when I speak fluent in English was born here in the USA horrible! I hope Better Business Bureau gets involved

My close family member had a very disappointing experience at this office. He did not receive the level of care or attention that any patient deserves. His concerns and symptoms were not taken seriously, and he left feeling unheard and dismissed. It's incredibly frustrating to trust a provider with your health and feel like your voice doesn't matter. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office to others. Negative 1 star review.
