I had made an appointment with Dr. Gardner for a procedure he was unable to do. Though no fault of his own, the procedure was best preformed by the organization that gave the referral. However, Dr. Gardner went above and beyond the call of duty to seek out the best guidance I needed for this procedure. Even going the lengths of calling around on my behalf to try and rectify the confusion this other organization created. If only doctors could do their due diligence as Dr. Gardner had done for me. Dr. Gardner is very thorough and professional. For years I had gone to a large ophthalmological practice and had been satisfied. Then they were bought out by a large hospital. I immediately noticed a difference. The examination was done mostly by technicians in a perfunctory manner. I only saw the doctor for a brief time. It felt like a factory. Dr. Gardner is the exact opposite. He takes his time and does the whole exam himself. He went over the results and answered all my questions. I was completely satisfied with my visit.
