Hillsdale Eyecare - Dr. Margi Shah

Very happy with my first visit with Dr. Shah. She is very professional, explains things clearly, and doesn't rush you out of the chair when you have questions, even when my appointment ran late after close of business (due to my questions). Her manner in conducting all of the eye exam tests was the best that I have experienced -- she allowed an appropriate amount of time to answer the questions instead of the usual race through them that I have experienced elsewhere. Ash and Javonie were a pleasure as well, patiently and cheerfully asking and answering questions. They were always concerned about making sure that everything was done correctly. This is the opposite of the classic healthcare factory. I am looking forward to future appointments, which is not typical for me!

Dr. Shah is a wonderful eye doctor. She's very detailed and makes sure nothing gets missed during the exam. She was great with my kids and even got them all fitted for contacts, which was a big deal for us especially my son since it was his first time. Her team is super friendly and helpful, which makes the whole visit easy and stress-free. We felt really well taken care of here and I'd definitely recommend her. She was also able to get me a pair of Meta Ray-ban's so definitely a one stop shop!

Ash was very welcoming, Dr. Shah's exam was very thorough and she took the time to make sure she answered all our questions, and Jovanni's thorough explanations of all the options available for our glasses was very informative and helpful. Overall, a very good experience!

Dr. Shah is absolutely amazing! She took her time to be thorough and attentive during my exam. She made sure all of my concerns were addressed, and I left feeling confident and well cared for. The office itself is clean, welcoming, and has a homey feel that instantly puts you at ease. Plus, the selection of frames is fantastic! I can't recommend Dr. Shah enough!

Great experience with Dr Shah's office. Went for an annual exam and to try contacts again - I wasn't able to get the hang of them in the past. Dr Shah spent time talking with me sharing great tips and the training with Jovanie was extensive and so helpful. Above and beyond all other offices I've been to.
