Michael J. Yellen, OD

I have been going to Dr, Yellen for 15 years and will be devastated the day he retires. He is the only Dr. to ever diagnose my eye condition correctly. I will never forget that day! My family goes to him as well and speaks so highly of him. He truly cares about his patients, takes his time and makes you feel like your his only patient. His office is always so helpful and caring too. Choosing Dr. Yellen as your Doctor will be the best decision you make!

Dr. Michael Yellen has been my eye doctor just short of 40 years. In my mid-20's I was diagnosed with glaucoma. Due to Dr. Yellen's excellent care, at age 63 my eyes are healthy and have 20-20 vision in both eyes. Dr. Yellen is special because he has a genuine concern for his patients and treats them like family. He is a superb doctor and an even finer human being.

Dr. Yellen saved my eyesight. I went there only for a pair of glasses since he was in my vision plan. At the time, I was being actively treated for very high ocular hypertension (for 3 years) by another opthamologist, one with a fancy office and address, and lots of fancy equipment. Dr. Yellen took one look at my eye and said I would have to come back the next day for tests. Long story short, the other doctor would have let my eye deteriorate till it could no longer function, but with Dr. Yellen's small, plain office and equipment, extensive knowledge and caring, he saved the sight in my eye, which was already damaged because of poor treatment for the prior 3 years. I can never be thankful enough for his dedication and caring and for the way he treated me. I would recommend him unequivocally. On top of all that, he is a super great guy. Janice Healy

First time seeing an eye doctor in years. Dr. Yellen was local, so I went to use the vision plan I pay for. Dr. Yellen and the office staff are the sweetest, most pleasant and patient group of folks you could imagine. I really just want to leave this review to give them some recognition. DR YELLEN is the best he takes his time and gives you bit care you don't get at those big chain stores. GREAT friendly staff plenty of parking a plus.
