Dr. Steinfeld was my go to eye doctor for years until I had a serious condition. I was experiencing detached retina symptoms, and I called the office. I waited in the car for four hours until they saw me on a Monday afternoon. After he examined my eyes at 4 o'clock, he realized I had a detached retina. He then sent me to his recommended retina doctor the next day who was just horrible. Dr. Steinfeld should've sent me directly to Wills Eye Hospital for my condition, but due to his poor judgment and delay I am experiencing the negative impacts of his poor decision in my left eye. It is important to share... my eyes were examined by Dr. Seinfeld a month prior to my retina detaching and all was good.... If you have an eye condition, which is serious or if you need eye surgery go to Wills Eye Hospital... they are the experts in the field. If I knew then what I knew now ...perhaps my vision would be better.

Absolutely love going to Dr. Steinfeld. He has done cataract surgery on both eyes and laser surgery on both eyes. I highly recommend him and their staff. I have never had a problem getting an appointment even when I had an emergency they took me the same day,

Extremely inept scheduling staff. They notify you about making an appointment for your "annual" visit only to find out that if you're lucky you can see the doctor 6 months down the road. So I did and then they cancelled me as he knows he will be in surgery on that day in November??? I think not. Now they try to book you to the point that it's almost 2 years. Obviously a place that does not take their patients seriously. I am totally done with them. He also goes through associates like water. Guess good help is hard to find. They're lucky they're even getting 1 star

I found this place by coincidence and I am happy I did, I love the quick service after you check in and it's family and kid friendly. I come in with my two small Children 1 and 3 years old and the office is one that makes them feel comfortable. I especially need to highlight one staff member in particular, Ivette! She is extremely outgoing and immediately helped me out with my kids when I needed to move from room to room. Ivette went above and beyond in making sure my needs were met on a follow up Visit when she and doctor Denise were able to help me find the correct lenses I needed in contacts. We tried 3 different brands and eventually found the best one. Thanks again to Doctor Denise and the Bold, warm, friendly, outgoing, helpful and caring personality Of Ivette. I hope she is recognized for her work!!!

Unfortunately I had the same exact terrible experience as Sue M. and I would never recommend this doctor. I brought my children to this office for routine annual eye exams. Dr. Steinfeld codes one of the exams as non-routine because he apparently found an eye irritation (which did not require any treatment nor follow up, and did not bother my child before or since the appointment). Because it was coded as non-routine I am being billed for a routine eye exam that should have been covered 100% by the insurance company. Completely ridiculous and seems like a scam. We will never be going back to this office again.

I was extremely satisfied with my care from Dr Steinfeld and his excellent staff. Everyone was professional, and kind. I had cataract surgery on each eye. Happy to recommend them.

I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes. Dr. Stringed and his staff were outstanding. They were professional, kind and truly concerned for my care and comfort. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
